ECOTRASH

BE HAPPIER, HEALTHIER & BETTER OFF BY LIVING MORE SUSTAINABLY!

We all happily fill up our Green Wheelie Bins  - HOPING that it all gets sorted and recycled.  BUT HOW?

As part of Faringdon ECOWEEK, a visit has been arranged on Thursday 21st June to the state-of-the-art BIFFA Materials Recycling Facilities (MRF) at Edmonton (North London) .

The Edmonton facility is one of the capital’s largest materials recycling facilities (MRF) which will process nearly 10% of north London’s waste. Adjacent to major transport links such as the North Circular and the M25, the site has been fitted out with the most modern technology for the high quality processing of recyclable materials.
